| 7-12 Instructional Coach | Instructional Coach | Clyde-Savannah Central Schools is pursuing a high-qualified candidate for the position of 7-12 Instructional Coach. The ideal candidate will support teachers in improving instructional practices across all Tiers. They will support teachers in enhancing student learning outcomes and foster a culture of continuous professional growth: - Partner with educators to plan, model, and refine instructional strategies aligned with NYS standards.
- Provide feedback through classroom observations and coaching cycles.
- Assist teachers in analyzing student performance data to inform instructional decisions
- Support the development of intervention strategies for diverse learners.
- Model effective use of educational technology in the classroom.
- Maintain regular communication with school leadership regarding instructional needs and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, committees, and school improvement initiatives.
- Promote and support the district initiative of Teacher Clarity by guiding teacher practices
- Align classroom instructional strategies to reflect SCEP and DCIP plans.
